Customer Experience and Product Solution – Samarinda Area
• Conduct training to Sony product specialist/promoters, employees, store staffs and end users
• Create and develop training materials (include tutorial videos & sales talks)
• Visit store to do store observation, conduct on-site training, and attend as sales staff
• Analyzing promoters’ characteristic & customers’ needs
• Gathering feedback and sales talk from SPMs and customers
• Make daily report
• Good English both writen and verbal
• Good communication & presentation skill
• Computer literacy (Power point is a must)
• Have passion in electronic product & educating people
• Can work on weekend (OFF will be on weekdays)
