MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
• University degree in Law/Business Management/Communication preferably MBA
• Law / Business administration / Communication in addition to formal education
COMPUTER SKILLS
• Microsoft windows (Word, Excel and Power point)
LANGUAGE SKILLS
• Fluent English
WORK RELATED EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 10 years experience with at least 6 years experience in managing teams in respected multinational company

2. HSE Advisor (Cranes, Rigging, Scaffolding)

It is essential that you have experience with cranes, rigging and scaffolding on major resources sector construction projects.

Your key areas of responsibility will include:
• Reviewing lift plans from a Safety perspective
• Providing technical advice and support to supervisors and field based personnel
• Assisting in Toolbox sessions and communicating HSE responsibilities to employees
• Understanding HSE regulations and disseminating changes to project personnel
• Implementing the injury management system and maintaining accurate records
• Conducting formal HSE Audits and inspections, particularly in higher risk areas
• Stopping work in appropriate situations and establishing acceptable work practices to allow work to resume

To be considered for this role you must have:
• A solid background in cranes, rigging & scaffolding
• Working at heights experience
• Experience in a similar site-based role within the resources sector
• Relevant formal HSE qualifications
• Significant amount of experience in the Construction Industry will be highly regarded
• Sound knowledge of Australian HSE regulations
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to build relationships
• The competence and confidence to take action

3. Sr Sales Manager

• To develop HSP Indonesia’s Personal Safety Business in whole Indonesia Area through sales and marketing activity.
• Lead and coordinate HSP Sales Team that is responsible to generate sales amount and achieve Team Goals.
• Support the Sales Team on Customer complaint handling, requirement and administration.
• To Communicate Divisions Business Plan & Marketing Programs to Sales Team.
• Report to Country Business Leader (CBL)

• Bachelor degree
• 8 years experienced in sales / marketing especially in PPE product

4. Marketing Manager

• Key focal to help develop the 5 year rolling strategic plan (STRAP) for Indonesia along with the Asean Marketing Leader to deliver above the market profitable growth.
• Establish market size and competitor strategies (both established and emerging). Understand customer needs through Voice of Customer. Identify high growth market segments and ways to address them.
• Liaise with APAC strategy & product marketing team to define unique product portfolio needs tailored to Indonesia market
• Enabling the ECC Indonesia team to plan and execute the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) across revenue, profitability and working capital
• Developing tactical marketing that includes channel expansion & management strategy , new customer acquisition, promotional programs to increase awareness and generate customer demand for our products & solutions
• Run the SIOP process through portfolio management and demand forecasting. Participate in executive SIOP.
• Manage pricing strategies, policies and maintenance of pricing database

To be considered for this role you must have:
EDUCATION
• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
• Additional business or marketing qualification will be an advantage.
EXPERIENCE
• 3-5 years experience in a marketing role (channel marketing, strategic marketing)
• Understanding of Industry business dynamics and value drivers.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and direct resources across multiple functions ranging from engineering, marketing, quality, sourcing at the same time bringing an integrative thinking with demonstrated business acumen.
• Understanding of microeconomics and financial concepts and the link them to business strategy
• Strong financial and excel modelling skills
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE
• High level of written, oral communication and presentation skills especially in English
• Understanding of industry for the portfolio being managed.
• Strong strategic thinking/planning skills and experience, with a proven track record of executing high-impact, results-oriented integrated channel marketing programs.
• Strong influencing and negotiating skills with the ability to motivate and build high performance, cross-functional teams.

• Minimum Education Degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical.
• Certified on Welding Engineering from aothorized institution
• Skill and Course required : NDT Level 2 in PT/UT/MT/RT, CSWIP/AWS Welding Inspector, ISO Internal/Lead Auditor
• Minimum Experiences : 4 years to 6 years on any fabrication shop with GTAW/TIG experience under Welding or QC Discipline, with at least 2 years as a Welding Engineer or QC Engineer
• Knowledged on : Welding Process, Defect analysis, Material properties, QMS, NDT, Corrosion
• Codes and Standards : Familiar with ASME, AWS, DNV, API, ASTM and ISO relevant
• Communication: Should be very fluent in English and able to develop Welding (WPS, PQR, WOPQ/WPQ) and other relevant procedures, able to write/prepare procedures in English.
