1. Sales Engineer
Nationality : Indonesian
Location : Jakarta
Client : Manufacturing Company

•3 years of experience as Sales Engineer (IT Companies preferred)
•Require fluent English skill
•Flexibility about relocation
•Familiar with High-performance image-and laser-based data collection hardware (including rugged mobile computer and bar code scanner)

•Degree in engineering (IT/Electrical / Mechanical or Automation related subjects.)
•Additional business or marketing qualification will be an advantage.

2. Sr. Sales Manager

3. Marketing Manager
Nationality : Indonesian
Location : Jakarta
Client : Manufacturing Company

Must have:
• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
• Additional business or marketing qualification will be an advantage.

• 8 years’ experience in a marketing role (channel marketing, strategic marketing)
• Understanding of Industry business dynamics and value drivers.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and direct resources across multiple functions ranging from engineering, marketing, quality, sourcing at the same time bringing an integrative thinking with demonstrated business acumen.
• Understanding of microeconomics and financial concepts and the link them to business strategy strong financial and excel modelling skills
• Key focal to help develop the 5 year rolling strategic plan (STRAP) for Indonesia along with the ASEAN Marketing Leader to deliver above the market profitable growth.
• Establish market size and competitor strategies (both established and emerging). Understand customer needs through Voice of Customer. Identify high growth market segments and ways to address them.
• Liaise with APAC strategy & product marketing team to define unique product portfolio needs tailored to Indonesia market
• Enabling the ECC Indonesia team to plan and execute the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) across revenue, profitability and working capital
• Developing tactical marketing that includes channel expansion & management strategy , new customer acquisition, promotional programs to increase awareness and generate customer demand for our products & solutions
• Run the SIOP process through portfolio management and demand forecasting. Participate in executive SIOP.
• Manage pricing strategies, policies and maintenance of pricing database

4. Sr Sales Account Manager

Must have:
•Bachelors degree in Engineering or relevant technical degree pertaining to Gas Processing and Hydrogen business
•10+ years’ experience in a technical customer sales or marketing role
•Experience in refinery technology and extensive network with Oil Company
•Must have a chemical engineering background, mechanical might be acceptable.
•International exposure in education or working experience

Additional Qualifications:
•Must be available to travel up to 40%
•MBA a plus
•Significant sales related (Account Management) experience in the South East Asia Region.
•Demonstrated ability to sell into a competitive market place and achieve premium prices by communicating the value achieved by the customer using UOP products and services
•Knowledge of Gas & Hydrogen projects in the region, including Exploration and Production Upstream Oil & Gas, Refining & Petrochemical Projects, the producers, refiners, petrochemical producers, and EPCs in the South East Asian Regions
•Demonstrated ability to work and interface effectively with other sales and support functions to move projects forward in a positive manner
•Ability to drive momentum through the buying process
•Strong business focus with demonstrated priorities of setting the customer’s needs first
•Ability to teach customers by framing the way customers assign value to UOP products and services

5. QA/QC Engineer

Location Lamongan – Tuban (Onshore & Offshore)
Rotation 30 days ON – 30 days OFF
Working Duration 90 days (3x rotations)
Start Date End of August

General Job Specification :
•Monitor all inspections and testing of Drilling and Completion Equipment going offshore and baskets to verify they meet the specs.
•Check all equipment sent to machine shop for repairs ensure all met specs.
•Work on contracts and make recommendations.
•Monitored inspections, service and repair of equipment evaluated drill stings for suitable condition and preventive maintenance
•Worked within a team concept including service providers and shore base management

•>10 years’ experience as QAQC Inspector/Engineer in Offshore & Onshore projects.
•Hands-on exposure with drilling environments, material, equipment, tools and machine shops
•Experienced working with team concept; provides technical / quality support
•Experience working directly with Drilling Managers, Drilling Engineers, QA/QC Personnel and Procurement Services
•Confidence in knowledge of professional field with emphases on Drill String Completion Equipment QA/QC
•Providing QA/QC support and quality consulting to various major Oil and Gas drilling projects
