PT INTRACO PENTA PRIMA SERVIS, is a subsidiary of PT.Intraco Penta,Tbk (INTA Group) Product & Services A Holding company that have several business such as main dealer for VOLVO heavy equipment (PT.IPPS), main dealer for Sinotruck and other small heavy equipment (PT.IPW), mining contractor (PT.Kasuari), Rental (PT.Terrafactor), Financing (PT.IBF), and manufacture/fabrication (PT.CCI), and other subsidiary.

1. Senior Sales ( Infrastructure )

Responsibility :
· Make sales call quotas
· Meet targeted goals for sales revenues
· Develop a database of customers, companies, competitors and project information
· Develop new business through customer prospecting
· Leverage relationships across department lines through active lead-sharing
· Use various reporting services, association contacts and other database means to prepare for upcoming projects in the area
· Assist in past due account collection
· Achieve goals set for new customers accounts, sales
· Be the customers problem solver, handling follow-up calls and customers problems effectively involving the customer support department as necessary
· Provide some customer support as required after hours to maintain customer satisfaction

Requirement :
· Male, single max 35 years old
· Min. S1 any major from reputable university (Preferably majoring in engineering)
· Minimum of 5 years sales experience in the heavy equipment sales environment as well as in construction/infrastructure projects
· Should have after sales support knowledge
· Possessing customers knowledge/database and governmental relationship in the area will be a strong points
· Computer literate min. microsoft office
· Capable in handling pressure from demanding customer and able to work independently

2. Senior Sales ( Heavy Equipment )

Responsibility :
· Provide customers with product solutions, proposals, quotes and purchasing options to ensure customers receive the best solution for their needs
· Conduct after-sale follow up and respond to customers issues as well as maintain customer relationships with customer’s key players at multiple levels
· Develop, implement and achieve customers sales growth plan
· Ensure implementation af the defined customer relationship activities

Requirement :

· Minimum 5 years experience in Key Account management and sales
· 5 years experience working in heavy equipment environment
· Proven ability to manage and maintain long-term, large accounts and a history of building trusting relationships with clients
· Demonstrated presentation skills
· Self-motivated, strong relationship skills and detail-oriented
