Sr. Trainer Heavy Equipment & Health Safety Officer
PURPOSE:
– The Selected candidate should be responsible to control , Implement all of employee Training & Development Heave Equipment & Safety – Health – Environment,
As follows :
1. Identification & Implement all Operator HE License
2. Identification & Implement all HSE License
3. Preparation of permit who will be start up
– Set up Standard Operation Procedure of Training HE & HSE
– Simplify procedure & Paperless program
– Work closely to HE Department & HSE Department related Training they needed
– Assist Head of Leadership & Management to make a plan & Design Communication system in between HE – Learning Development – HSE
– Make monthly report & Monthly activity plan according Training of HE & HSE
– Make improvement plan & implementation oh Learning HSE & HE activities
Requirements.
Male / Female less than 40 y.o
Fluent in English
Diploma or bachelor degree
Has 5 year’s experience to set up new section, to conduct training Heavy Equipment & Health Safety Environment
Target Oriented & ready to work under pressure
Has license of HE Trainer or AK3 umum
