Manager – Human Resources & Training (MHRT)
Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree in any discipline (Master Degree would be an advantage)
2.Min 10 years experience
3.Broad HR Generalist skill set (Workforce Planning, Industrial & Employee Relations, Compensation, Training & Development, Coaching & Mentoring, Performance Management, Capability Planning, Organisational Design, Change Management)
4.Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
