Document Control Administrator

Job description :
1. Manages and maintains an effective filing system, ensuring that filing is completed on a regular basis.
2. Provide administrative support including printing, scanning, binding & collating documents
3. Data entry into spreadsheets and databases, scanning, printing, copying, and filing

Requirements:
1. Min. High School Diploma or equivalent
2. Able to operate a computer, printer, and other standard office equipment
3. Able to communicate in English, both written and verbal
4. High proficiency required with MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio and Outlook
5. Min. 2 years working experience in the related field
6. Knowledge of engineering drawings & documentation not required, but preferred
