RECEPTIONIST

Job description :
Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and offering them a beverage, answering phones, handling company inquiries, also schedule meetings/appointments and travel (accomodation and transportation) employees.

Requirements:
1. Min. Diploma in Business Administrationor equivalent
2. Able to operate a computer (Ms. Office & Outlook),printer, and other standard office equipment
3. Able to communicate in English, both written and verbal
4. Strong knowledge on office administration
5. Min. 2 years working experience in the related field
