We are national company, subsidiary of a big group in Indonesia looking for professional, dynamic, and self-motivated person who must be willing to work in Penajam, Kalimantan Timur to fill the following position:


Jobdesc :
1. Responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, defining departmental strategies for appropriate inventory levels,eliminating obsolete and off-spec material, and reduce aging material
2. Develop and maintain transportation system on domestic and international freight that ensures business needs are met
3. Ensure effective and timely implementation of all Logistics daily operational goals inclusive of Shipping functions and Inventory Management
4. Develop and initiate monthly reports having required project timelines, corporate metrics and productivity measurements
5. Plan and arrange logistics required shipments
6. Ensure Company is in compliance with laws and regulations regarding transportation, including hazardous materials. Resolve anylegal issues pertaining to transportation/distribution
1. Fluency in written and verbal English
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Transportation/Logistics Management
3. Able to perform financial calculations and create and manage budgets
4. Min. 8 years proven Logistics or Project Engineering experience
5. Strong computer skills, including Outlook, SAP and MS Office. 7 years working experience in the related field


Jobdesc :
1. Design, implement, maintain, and improve electrical instruments, equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems
2. Provide electrical installation and construction quality supervision expertise
3. Respond and provide technical assistance to electrical equipment problems within the company-owned
4. Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards

1. Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
2. Min. 6 years working experience in the related field (preferably experience handling project)


Jobdesc :
1. Develop detailed mechanical designs and specifications for mechanical equipment, tools, and controls
2. Prepare technical drawings of machinery and other mechanical devices
3. Assist in field measurements and inspections, specify dimensions, materials, and procedures
4. Review and analyze specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas, and related data to assess factors affecting component designs and the procedures and instructions to be followed
5. Compute mathematical formulas to develop and design detailed specifications for components or machinery
1. Min. Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent
2. Knowledge of the qualities of metals, plastics, wood and other materials, of manufacturing processes and of construction methods and standards
3. Strong computer skills (AutoCAD)
4. Min. 6 years working experience in the related field


Jobdesc :
1. Responsible for monitoring and controlling contractor performance and progress on the civil works in order to ensure the construction is done per contract specifications, design, and schedule
2. Prepares thorough and accurate records of the contractor’s operations, including comprehensive Daily and Weekly Reports with measurement of daily quantities completed, resources utilized, and photographs of relevant work
3. Verify that the contractor’s work and materials conform to the requirements of the contract

1. Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
2. Min. 5 years working experience in the related field
3. Knowledge of construction including material, methods, plans and specifications
4. Required skill: Drafting (AutoCAD) and read drawings

1. Act as contract person with employees/ service providers / landlords / agents

2. Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture of product
3. Knowledge of business and management principles
4. Min. 15 years working experience in the related field, preferably in woodchip industry


Jobdesc :
1. Direct technical resources supporting the Chip Mill and Bio Mass operations and production
2. Ensure high levels of production quality at minimum cost
3. Apply significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service
4. Effectively leading daily activities of Mill in concert with strategic directives of executive leadership
5. Contribute to the planning, development, control, testing and maintenance of resources and systems and equipment
6. Responding to site queries and resolving technical/construction issues

1. Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
2. Excellent knowledge of wodd chip and bio mass equipment and machines
3. Extensive experience in handling large-scale projects and implementation, development and monitoring
4. Min. 10 years working experience in the related field
