We are a PMA company providing sales and services of Mining Support Equipment in Indonesia.
We are currently looking for people that are reliable team players and can work under pressure.
• Maximum 20 – 25 years old
• SMK Office Administration / D3 Secretary
• Able to operate Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and Power Point)
• Able to communicate in English both oral and verbal
• Having basic acknowledge as Administration
Job Responsible:
• Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
• Filling system
• Transmit information or documents to customers, using computer, mail, or facsimile machine.
• Handling administration for all departments.
• Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
