Kami adalah Perusahaan Jasa Pertambangan membutuhkan Tenaga Kerja untuk posisi sebagai berikut :
Prepare, monitor, administer, and conduct all recruitment activities (sourcing, head hunters, applicants data, interview result, conduct / scoring psychological test, recruitment report, etc.) to ensure all the recruitment activities are well managed and documented in timely manner.
• Max 30 years old
• Min. Bachelor Degree from any major, preferably in Psychology.
• Min. 2 years of experience in Human Resources, especially in the arrangement of recruitment and placement in Mining / Construction industry.
•Mas tering Competency Based Interview Technique and exposed to assssment tool utilisation / psychological test.
• Willing to work extended office hours and willing to be assigned in site project when required.
• Posses strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate with all levels.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of some HR information / documents.
• Strong negotiation skill in recruiting process.
• To provide and meet requirements from user about recruitment Staff and non staff as per mining consultant requirements
• Plan, coordinates and directs the activities involved in the research, development and implementations and maintenance HR programmed for the recruitment, selection, technical and training of employments.
• Develops, implements, administrative, and modifies employment services procedures and system to meet management requirements
• Selects, plans, assigns, supervises and evaluates of works subordinates
• Identifies and solves administrative and IR & HR related issues /matters properly
