1. Sales Engineer
 
Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or exceed the agreed sales target for the defined territory as decided by the sales manager.
  • Visit, build and maintain relationship with the new and existing customer
  • Provide engineering support to customer and give recommendation of company’s selection products and applications.
  • Meet the customer on-site to review specifications and requirements, and discuss the company’s proposal.
  • Follow up customer’s requirement about their existing machine and also arrange service and maintenance with the engineering division.
  • Responsible for coordinating, treating, and servicing for the various customers and assess customer satisfaction.
  • Gather data on competitor’s and analyze their promotion method.
  • Working with procurement division to prepare and support the material/product of customer’s requirement.
  • Participate in promotion activities.
  • Handling customer’s issue, resolution and communicate it with the Sales Manager.
  • Installation co-ordination with related divisions.
  • Marketing plan and target sales report every week.

 
Requirements :

  • S1 Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering
  • At least 3 – 5 years experience in industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge Auto lubrication System and Fire Management System product will be advantage
  • Knowledge of sales marketing technique, pricing strategy, and basic rules of bidding/tender submission.
  • Fluent in both written and oral English
  • Able to adapt with new environment and accept challenges
  • Quick learner, problem solver and high motivation
  • Good management, presentation, communication and interpersonal skill
  • Computer literate : Ms. Office

 
 
2. Electrical
 
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all electrician installation, repairing and servicing the equipment which includes commissioning (system testing and to ensure it can be done properly).
  • Perform field service, troubleshooting and commissioning activities for electrical power equipment for industrial and utility customer.
  • Assist in preparing the preliminary task list estimates, schedules, specifications to Project Manager or other related departments such as lighting calculation, power distribution, and equipment size.
  • Provide quality customer service by ensuring all enquiries, feedback and complaints/requests are addressed within the time frame given.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism in dealing with client and enhance the good reputation of the company as well as build a close relationship with the existing clients.
  • Write a report on all installation development
  • Exercise teamwork spirit and work closely with other colleagues at all times.
  • Perform any other duties, as and when required by Project Manager

 
Requirements :

  • Male with max. age 30 years old
  • D3/S1 Degree in Electrician Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 2 – 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Good command in English both written and spoken
  • Systematic, detailed and well-organized
  • Computer literate : Ms. Office, AutoCAD, Adobephotoshop, Autodesk inventor, etc
  • Willing to travel to all branches in Indonesia.

 
3. Supervisor Project
 
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Mengontrol dan mengendalikan semua aktifitas project mulai dari awal sampai dengan akhir project (survey, fabrikasi, instalasi hingga commisionaing)
  • Memimpin dan berkoordinasi dengan seluruh tim proyek terkait dalam melaksanakan jadwal dan tahapan kerja
  • Melaksanakan koordinasi dengan sub kontraktor/vendor dalam hal menjaga jadwal pengadaan, fabrikasi, pemasangan dan pengiriman tepat dalam waktunya  
  • Memastikan progress proyek yang dicapai sesuai dengan ketentuan
  • Menjamin pelaksanaan project tepat waktu sesuai dengan schedule yang telah disepakati
  • Melaporkan segala aktifitas pekerjaan yang di handle kepada atasan dengan membuat laporan aktivitas harian pelaksanaan project dan administrasi di area lokasi project

 
Persyaratan :

  • Laki – Laki usia max. 35 Tahun
  • D3/S1 Teknik Mesin, Teknik Industri atau sejenisnya
  • Memiliki pengalaman 3 – 5 Tahun
  • Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 Tahun dibidang Project Mechanical Engineering
  • Memiliki kemampuan untuk pengelasan
  • Memiliki kemampuan untuk membaca gambar design
  • Memiliki leadership yang kuat dan mampu mengendalikan bawahan
  • Berkoordinasi dengan bagian team Engineering apabila terdapat perubahan design di lapangan
  • Dapat mengoperasikan Microsoft Office, Autocad & Microsoft Project serta mampu mampu membuat laporan dan schedule kerja
  • Mengerti tentang step – step pekerjaan fabrikasi/project

 
 
4. Mekanik
 
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Mematuhi dan melaksanakan prosedur kerja sesuai SOP.
  • Memeriksa unit sebelum dan sesudah dipasang
  • Menangani, melaporkan dan mendokumentasikan setiap kendala didalam pekerjaan kepada atasan langsungnya.
  • Analisa kerusakan komponen & suku cadang.
  • Membuat laporan aktivitas harian dan pengecekan system
  • Bertanggung jawab pada semua peralatan kerja dan barang – barang di perusahaan saat melakukan pekerjaan, baik di lapangan maupun di workshop.
  • Bertanggung jawab atas kebersihan, kerapihan & kondisi di workshop.
  • Bertanggung jawab atas kebersihan, kerapihan & kondisi kendaraan operasional.

 
Persyaratan :

  • SMK/D3/S1 Teknik Mesin, Teknik Listrik.
  • 1 – 2 tahun berpengalaman di industry sejenis.
  • Pengetahuan mengenai Auto Lubrication, Fire Supression, Basic Mechanical, Basic Hydraulic dan Basic Hose Fitting lebih diutamakan.
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh cabang.
  • Willing to travel to all branches in Indonesia.

 
 
5. Administrasi
 
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Mematuhi dan melaksanakan pekerjaan sesuai dengan perintah atasan
  • Time sheet seluruh karyawan
  • Membuat Laporan safety bulanan
  • Menginput data karyawan baru, BPJS dan asuransi
  • Membuat surat jalan, surat tanda terima barang dan monitoring pengiriman invoice
  • Bertanggung jawab terhadap semua pekerjaan administrasi (filling dokumen dll)

 
Persyaratan :

  • Wanita, D3/S1 Semua jurusan.  
  • Memiliki pengalaman dibidang administrasi minimal 1 – 2 tahun lebih diutamakan.
  • Memiliki kemampuan multitasking, responsive, inisiatif, fast learning dan detail oriented.
  • Mampu bekerja dengan jadwal dan tugas yang ketat dengan pengawasan yang minim.
  • Mampu bekerja individu maupun tim.
  • Memiliki komunikasi yang baik
  • Berdomisili di Balikpapan lebih diutamakan
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Balikpapan
