1. HSE COORDINATOR (HSE)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist the management to identify the HSE & SMKP procedures, work instructions and forms in each Division and also to evaluate continuously the HSE document.
- To ensure compliance with OHSAS 18001, ISO 14000, SMK-3, ISO 9001, HSE audit requirements.
- Identify hazards, conduct risk assessment and determine the risk control.
- Conduct & ensure HSE induction & socialization to other employees.
- Present HSE & SMKP related reports to regulatory bodies and customers.
- Assist the management to preparing and fill in the customer’s HSE pre-qualification form related to participation in project tenders.
- Perform regular inspections to ensure that safety regulations are being complied with.
REQUIREMENTS
- Min. Diploma (D3) / Bachelor in Occupational Health & Safety / Environmental Engineering / Environmental Health or equivalent.
- Having AK3, POP, SMKP and Auditor certificate and other related certificates.
- Min. 2 years experience in the same position (experience in Mining Industry will be an advantage).
- Fluent in written and verbal English
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Capable to do safety briefing and training
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Willing to travel & Having driving license
- Location Based : Balikpapan – Kalimantan Timur.
2. OPERATION & MAINTENANCE SPV (O&M SPV)
Penempatan : Balikpapan – Kalimantan Timur
Job Summary:
- Memimpin, mengatur dan memberikan arahan kepada field mechanic / Operator Pump
- Mengatur rooster kerja field mechanic/Operator yang bekerja disite
- Monitoring periode preventif maintenance unit
- Mengelola aset PT.Sukses Inti Solusindo yang berada di site dan di work shop
- Menjalin dan menjaga komunikasi yang baik antara team dan Pelanggan
- Laporan Harian, Bulanan dan Tahunan
Kualifikasi :
- Sehat jasmani dan rohani
- Pendidikan terakhir min. D3 Jurusan Mesin/Otomotif/Elektro atau sederajat.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di posisi yang sama.
- Diutamakan yang familiar dengan Dewatering Pump & Engine CAT, Cummins, atau Perkins.
- Memiliki sertifikasi POP (diutamakan)
- Mampu mengoperasikan komputer Ms. Office
- Memiliki integritas yang tinggi dan bertanggung jawab, disiplin, serta dapat bekerja secara tim maupun individu.
- Mampu mengendarai mobil dan memiliki SIM A (diutamakan)
