SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE RETAIL

Responsibilities
- Responsible executing sales strategies for Ninja Van’s growth in Indonesia
- Involvement in mapping and prospecting clients in needs for express logistics services
- Preparing sales material and presentations to help with new client acquisition
- Onboarding and successful conversion of prospects
- Reporting of sales metrics for internal purposes
- Account Management
- Managing and monitoring of day-to day relationships and communications with clients
- Closely work with management to assist in market assessment efforts and provide on-the-ground insight
Requirements
- Proven work experiences as Senior Sales, Senior Accountant Executive or similar Senior Sales role
- Diploma or Bachelor degree from reputable university
- 3 years sales experience
- Good English is a must
- Understanding of logistic operations
- Willing to work in a startup environment and able to adapt with all the excitements
- Self-starter with good initiative, and persistence
- Communication & negotiation are the 2 most important features
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and a good comfort level using enterprise software
