A Company that is developing in Bontang (Kalimantan Timur) currently needs potential, energetic and reliable candidates to move forward and develop with the company.

 

1. FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER    

Responsibilities :

  1. Support and liaise with management in meeting the strategic goals of the organisation.
  2. Verifying all financial reports and ensuring that all transactions are accurate and in compliance with local government regulations.
  3. Plan, develop dan control the accounting functions in the company in a comprehensive and timely manner to assist companies in decision making processes in costing.
  4. Manage the accounting functions in data processing that companies need accurate and timely.
  5. Plan and coordinate the preparation of the company’s budget and control the use of the budget to ensure that funds are spent effectively and efficiently in supporting the activities of the company operational
  6. Plan and coordinate the development of systems and procedures for accounting and control their implementation to ensure all processes and financial transactions running in an orderly and organized, as well as financial risk.

 

Requirements :

  1. Age maximum 40 years old
  2. Education minimum S1Finance / Accounting
  3. Have a minimum of 5 years experience
  4. Proficient operate computer MS Office & MYOB Program
  5. Proficient in tax handling
  6. Honest, skilled and responsible
  7. Able to work in team and individual
  8. Understand accounting cycle, accounting journal & Financial Analysis
  9. Required langguage: Indonesia &, English
  10. Thorough, loyal, can work under pressure
  11. Preferably have Brevet A,B, C sertificate.

 

2. MARKETING & OPERATION MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct market research and analysis; explore business development opportunities with optimized collaboration plans.
  2. Research market trends and user demands; provide operation strategies and support execution.
  3. Create and execute branding and marketing plans to support overall product/services development
  4. Complete content generation/growth opportunity reports for different target marketing; develop execution proposals in purpose of continuous user growth,and leverage marketing automation tools to improve performances, including new users acquisition, total active users, and market share, etc.
  5. Establish and promote deep communication and collaboration with customers.

 

Requirements:

  1. Age Maximum 40 years old
  2. Education Minimum S1Engineering
  3. Minimum 5 years of related experience in content operations & marketing
  4. In-depth understanding with market, especially local culture and Internet development trend.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills
  6. Required Language : Indonesia, English and Mandarin (will be advantage)
  7. Highly motivated and object-oriented self-starter
  8. Thorough, loyal, can work under pressure

 

3. LOGISTIC & PURCHASING MANAGER

Responsibilities :

Managing Supplier and Vendor Relations

 

  1. Negotiates with selected suppliers and obtains quotations.
  2. Coordinates and arranges site visits with contractors and end-users for obtaining necessary quotations.
  3. Keeps close and frequent contact with suppliers to maintain up-to-date market and product information
  4. Identifies and selects reliable and regular suppliers for daily food and beverage purchasing based on regular quotations.
  5. Attends and participates in food tasting panel for food and beverage evaluation and vendor selection.
  6. Prepares and negotiates contracts with selected suppliers
  7. Attends exhibitions/seminars for sourcing new suppliers and products with better price-performance.
  8. Persuades suppliers to offer or extend rebate program.

 

Managing Procurement Activities

  1. Verifies and authorizes procurement orders
  2. Places orders and expedites deliveries
  3. Prepares tender invitations and executes tender openings for selected items and compares tenders for procurement decisions
  4. Sources alternative products with competitive prices, while striving to maintain better or comparable quality, standards and services.
  5. Prepares and submits monthly cost saving report to Finance & Accounting
  6. Provides suggestions to other departments to achieve cost savings while still fulfilling their requirements.

 

Requirements:

  1. Age Maximum 40 years old
  2. Education Minimum S1Economic/Management/Accounting
  3. Minimum 5 years of related experience in content Logistic, Purchasing & Import
  4. Strong interpersonal skills
  5. Required Language : Indonesia, English and Mandarin (will be advantage)
  6. Highly motivated and object-oriented self-starter
  7. Thorough, loyal, can work under pressure
