We are the Operation & Maintenance Company for Coal Power Plant looking for Candidate :
1. Electrical HOD
Qualification
1. S1/S2 Electrical Engineer Degree
2. Experience-8-10 years
3. Maximum 45 years old
4. Experience in coal fired power plant preferably in AFBC or CFBC
5. Should lead engineers and technicians and total responsible for electrical dept and report to plant manager.
6. Monitoring & Execution of preventive maintenance, RCA, shutdown maintenance and overhauling of electrical equipment of coal fired power plant.
7. Planning of operation & maintenance and ensuring the checklist should be maintained and monitored on regular basis.
8. Maintaining the history card of the critical equipment of coal fired power plant preferably AFBC or CFBC.
9. Able to analyse the power flow, SLD’s of power plant including the troubleshooting of critical equipment of power plant.
10. Significant experience in inspecting systems such as PLCs, DCS,
11. Extensive experience in the provision of Expert Technical Advice on the Maintenance and repair of Electrical Plant (LV, MV, HV)
12. Extensive experience in testing and commissioning of transformers, generator, LAPT,AVR,UPS etc
13. Able to do relay coordination based on the power plant scheme.
14. Prepare overhauling reports of the Electrical equipment
15. Assessing need of spare parts and generating Purchase order and maintaining it up.
16. Must be aware about the electrical calculations involved in power plant.
17. Has Certificate AK3 Listrik, Sio/Hakit for Electrical
18. Fluent In English ( written & oral )
19. Good Communication & Personality
20. Can Be work as individual & Team

2. WTP HOD
Qualification :
1. S1/S2 Engineer Degree
2. Experience-8-10 years.
3.Maximum 45 years old
4.Must be experience in sea water treatment plant in coal fired power plant.
5.He should lead the team of WTP operators and testers and report to plant Manager.
6.Must be aware about the Mass balance of the Waste water system.
7.Able to handle the WTP and ETP system independently.
8. Able to analyse and maintain the water parameter quality and standards as per thedesired levels.
9. Must have a strong knowledge about the steam boilers, Cooling towers, Clarifiers,
RO system, UF system etc.
10.Maintaining the history card of the critical equipment
11.Assessing need of chemicals and generating Purchase order and maintaining it up.
12.Able to generate departmental reports as per customer requirements
13. Able to perform various chemical analysis and treatments associated
with power plants.
14. Maintaining the performance of the Water treatments system and its related auxiliaries.
15. Has certificate AK3 Kimia
16. Fluent In English ( written & oral )

3. Mechanical Engineers
Qualification :
1. D3/ S1Engineer Degree
2.Experience-6-8 years
3.Must have the experience of coal fired power plant preferbly AFBC or CFBC.
4.He should lead the team of fitters and welders etc and report to HOD.
5. Monitoring & Execution of preventive maintenance, RCA, shutdown maintenance
and overhauling of equipment.
6. Planning of operation & maintenance and ensuring the be maintained and monitored on regular basis.
7. To ensure effective routine, preventive and corrective maintenance of plant of
Coal fired power plant, preferably AFBC or CFBC.
8. Should be technically versed to handle technically as well as manpower.
Should be able to build and maintain a trusting relationship with employees
9.To Proactively manage foreseen project risks, mitigate as necessary
10.To ensure safe working environment.
11.Assessing need of spare parts and generating Purchase order and maintaining it up.
12.Maintaining the history card of the critical equipment

4. Mill Right Fitter
Qualification :
1. D3/ S1Engineer Degree
2. Experience-6-8 years
3. Should have knowledge about maintenance of boilers, turbine, Heat exchangers, compressors, Centrifugal pumps, gear boxes, ID,FD,SA Fans, Coal crushers, chp, ahp etc.
4. Should have at least worked in Power Plant(AFBC,CFBC,PF etc)
5. Should be aware about the alignment methodologies
6. Use a range of tools and engineering techniques to maintain and repair mechanical plant machinery and equipment to operational standards
7. Work includes the identification of defective or worn mechanical components or equipment, repair/replacement of worn/faulty components or equipment, and modifications.
8. Perform routine maintenance tasks of equipment
9. Able to perform lifting and shifting of critical machines independently with safety.
10. He should report to Sr engineer/HOD.
11. Fluent In English ( written & oral )
12. Good Communication & Personality
13. Can Be work as individual & Team
14. To be placed at Balikpapan
