As a national integrated mining services company with excellent operational activities, with over 25 years of experience in Mining Services, PT Darma Henwa is looking for the following dynamic, highly motivated & committed key positions to support our increased target and production for join with us:

 

1. Head of HR Development Department 

(Code :  HOD-HRD – Name)

 

Job description

Manage, evaluate and take corrective action on all departmental activities including the development of HRD systems and policies as well as the fulfillment of HR in accordance with the qualifications based on the HRD division strategy and applicable policies to ensure that the activities of the Human Resource Planning & Development department are in line with the development direction and company objectives within the limits predetermined budget.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in psychology/industrial engineering/management. Master Degree is a preferred.
  • Having at least 5 years experience in the same position or 10 years as superintendent HRD in mining industry 
  • Male/Female, 35 – 50 years old
  • Having excellence good leadership skill, experience in organization development, people development, talent management, recruitment, HSE procedure, and HRD Procedure. 
  • Have FINON/CHRM/TOT certification is preferred 
  • Fluent English 
  • Willing to be placed in Balikpapan 

 

2. Head of People & Organization Development Section 

(Code :  HOS-OD – Name)

 

Job description

Directing, coordinating and ensuring the process of preparing and developing the Company’s organization in the form of organizational structure, job analysis, competency profiles and HRD policies, as well as employee development in order to achieve employee competency at staff level throughout projects and all positions in Head Office/Balikpapan through TNA based on competency matrix that applies to support the achievement of work effectiveness and efficiency as well as competencies that are in line with the Company’s objectives goals.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in psychology/industrial engineering/management. Master Degree is a preferred.
  • Having at least 5 years experience in the same position or 7 years as supervisor organization development in mining industry 
  • Male/Female, maximum  40 years old
  • Having excellence experience in organization development, people development, talent management, HSE procedure, and HRD Procedure. 
  • Have TOT certification is preferred 
  • Fluent English is preferred
  • Willing to be placed in Balikpapan 

 

3. Organization & People Development Specialist 

(Code :  SPV-OD – Name)

 

Job description

Analyzing, designing, and recommending the development of the company organization including the design of the organizational structure, job analysis and competency matrices as well as all employee development activities including the provision of training and development programs in accordance with the needs to ensure employees meet the requirements according to the demands of the position and in line with the vision and mission Company.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in psychology/industrial engineering/management.
  • Having at least 3 years experience in the same position in mining industry 
  • Male/Female, maximum 35 years old
  • Having experience in organization development, people development, talent management, HSE procedure, and HRD Procedure. 
  • Have TOT certification is preferred 
  • Fluent English is preferred
  • Willing to be placed in Balikpapan
