We are the Operation & Maintenance Company for Thermal Power Plant looking for Candidate :

1. HOD Mechanical & Maintenance

Qualification :

•  S1 Engineer Degree
• Experience-8- 10 years
• Must have the experience of coal fired power plant preferably AFBC or CFBC. 
• He should lead the team of fitters ,welders Mechanic and report to Plant Manager. 
• Monitoring & Execution of preventive maintenance, RCA, shutdown maintenance and overhauling of equipment 
• Planning of operation & maintenance and ensuring the checklist should be maintained and monitored on regular basis 
• To ensure effective routine, preventive and corrective maintenance of plant of 
• Coal fired power plant,preferably AFBC or CFBC 
• Should be technically versed to handle technically as well as manpower. Should be able to build and maintain a trusting relationship with employees
• To Proactively manage foreseen project risks, mitigate as necessary
• To ensure safe working environment.
• Assessing need of spare parts and generating Purchase order and maintaining it up
• Maintaining the history card of the critical equipment
• Must be aware about the mechanical calculations involved in power plant.
• Has Certificate Sio/Hakit for Mechanical
• Fluent In English ( written& oral )
• Good Communication & Personality
• Can Be work as individual & Team
• To be placed at Balikpapan

2. Shift Engineers or in charges ( 1 Person )

Qualification : 

1. S1/S2 Electrical / Mechanical Engineer Degree
2. Experience-6-8 years
3. Maximum 50 years old
4. Experience in coal fired power plant preferably in AFBC or CFBC and steam turbines operations.
5. Should lead engineers and technicians and total responsible for Shift time  and report to plant manager
6. Should have in experience in operation of Steam boilers, steam turbines and its auxiliaries
7. Planning of operation & maintenance and ensuring the checklist should be maintained and monitored on regular basis
8. Able to analyse the steam and power flow.
9. Significant experience in inspecting steam boilers and its auxiliaries.
10. Extensive experience in the provision of Expert Technical Advice on the Maintenance and repair of boilers and turbines and its auxiliaries.
11. Required working experience on DCS and Woodwardgovernors etc.
12. Prepare daily and monthly reports for steam based power plant operations.
13. Must be aware about the mechanical & operational calculations involved in  thermal power plant.
14. Has Certificate Mechanical, Sio/Hakit for Mechanical
15. Fluent In English ( written& oral )
16. Good Communication & Personality
17. Can Be work as individual & Team
18. To be placed at Balikpapan

3. Junior Instrument Technician ( 1 Person )

Qualification :

1.  S1/D3 Instrument Engineer
   
2. Maximum 35 Years Old
   
3. At Least 1-2 Years experience in Power Plant & Process Industries is
   required for this position
   
4. Knowledge for Instrumentation operating
   
5. Fluent In English ( written& oral )
   
6. Good Communication & Personality
   
7. Can Be work as individual & Team
   
8. To be placed at Balikpapan
9. Preferably residing in Balikpapan

4. Welder High Pressure and Low Pressure ( 1 Person )

Qualification :

1. S1/D3 Mechanical Engineer
   
2. Maximum 40 Years Old
   
3. At Least 2-3 Years experience in Power Plant & Process Industries is
   required for this position
4. Has Valid Welder Certificate from Manpower Department for High pressure and Low Pressure
5. Knowledge for Welder and Mechanical duty 
   
6. Fluent In English ( written& oral )
   
7. Good Communication & Personality
   
8. Can Be work as individual & Team
   
9. To be placed at Balikpapan
10. Preferably residing in Balikpapan
