PLANT SUPERINTENDENT
We are foreign companies that provide service and repair of hydraulic cylinders for mining, oil and gas area. We currently looking for talented candidates who are committed to being part of a team as :
1. Plant Superintendent
- Proven working experience as plant superintendent
- Proven Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering
- Have working experience min. 5 years in the same businees or fabrication workshop
- Familiar with ISO 9001: 2015 and knowing about cylinder hydraulic repair and system.
- Good strong leadership , communication skills and able to manage the plant operation
- Able to design, analyze, implement, manage and control all related production process
- Monitoring and ensure that the product are all meet with customer requirement and
ISO standard. - Responsible to product service quality, lead time and saving cost of production
General Requirements:
Male, Age range 30-45
