1. EXECUTIVE SECRETARY

Education and Background 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Five years’ prior experience in supporting a senior executive
  • Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Verbal and written communication skill
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Problem-solving and decision making
  • Proactivity and self-direction
  • Interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on
    executive’s behalf
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
  • Performing minor accounting duties
  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
  • Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
  • Managing confidentiality

2. SAFETY OFFICER

 

Education and Experience

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Safety (preferably from AK3 background)
  • Minimum 5 years experiences as HSE in Mining Industries.
  • Having Certificate in K3 or equivalent
  • Having knowledge in pumps is recommended

Key Competencies

  • Having good leadership, strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem identification and analysis
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Develop and provide training on plant Health and Safety Policies/Guidelines.
  • Supervise/Manage the Health and Safety Department personnel by coordinating department responsibilities.
  • Provide direction to ensure compliance of regulatory issues and plant policies.
  • Stress tolerance
  • Having high integrity, meet the deadlines, honest, discipline, proactive and hard worker
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Willing to travel to site
  • Having knowledge of hazardous waste report online
  • Having knowledge of ISO 45001:2018, 14001:2015 & 9001:2015 and SMKP
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office
  • Adheres to company policies, procedures, and business ethics.
