Indonesia. We currently have a position available based in Balikpapan for
1. ENGINE MECHANIC
Education and Experience
- Candidate must possess at least a Senior High School (SMK), Diploma Engineering (preferably from mechanical background)
- Minimum 5 years of experiences as Mechanic in Mining Industries.
- Having Certificate in Automotive mechanical or equivalent
- Having knowledge in Caterpillar Engine is recommended
- Having driving license (Class A)
Key Competencies
- Coordinates with Workshop and/or Field Superior to complete project and works efficiently
- Performs highly diversified duties to General over haul (GOH) engine, installation and commissioning, troubleshooting, repair
and maintenance asset equipment according to safety, Preventive Maintenance System and Processes to support company
goals - Having good leadership, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem identification and analysis
- Ability to work flexible hours, independently and in a team
- Planning maintenance schedules
- Having high integrity, meet the deadlines, honest, discipline, proactive and hard worker
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Preparing recommendations for equipment replacement
- Willing to be placed at site and to travel among Indonesia
- Good understanding in safety matters
- Adheres to company policies, procedures, and business ethics.

2. PUMP OPERATOR
Job Purposes:
- Helps to operate and perform maintenance of pumps and machines
- Checking of machine components (engine oil, water radiator, air filter, solar filter)
- Checking of pump components (oil bare shaft, gland packing oil, vacuum pump oil, gland packing conditions, sump
condition) - Unit checks per hour during unit running
- Create daily reports, service reports, weekly reports, and monthly reports
- Make request material for goods or spare parts required along with the goods condition report
- Good understanding in safety matters
- Strong communication skills
- Teamwork
- Adheres to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Maximum 30 years old
- STM/SMK Machine, Electrical, Automotive
- Ready to work at Site
- Having experience in pump (MultiFlo, TruFlo, Metso, Dragflow, etc.)
- Must have driving license class A (SIM A)
- Must have Covid-19 Vaccine Certificate
- Must be able to swim
