• Plan & execute inspection and maintenance
• Problem solve technical issue
• Minor troubleshooting
• Partner with sales to resolve customer concerns
• Conduct training/application of product

• Minimum (Bachelor degrees/Diploma) in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of work experiencein a related field preferred
• Strong problem – solving skill
• Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills
• Having driving license A & C
• Willing to travel at remote area
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
• Placement in Balikpapan/Berau/Banjarbaru

• Specify appropriateproduct and specifications to be used for specific applications such as machinery and equipment.
• Provide front line technical support to customer and sales including problem solving, troubleshooting and application advice.
• Using technical skills to selling, consulting, and demostrate to potential customers.
• Develop long terms relationship with customers, through managing and interpreting their requirement,
• Generate sales leads and identifying oppotunities.
